Is There Any Place In The Uk That Will Resurfacing My Xbox 360 Call Of Duty Advanced Warfare 2 Disk?

My Xbox 360 scratched a few half perfect circles on my Call of Duty 2 disk with also a possibly perfect circle all the way round the edge of the disk. I have seen many reviews both positive and negative for machines you can buy that claim to fix the problem – are they genuine?? But more attractively i have seen statements of gaming companies that can resurface disks for free or for a few dollars but these are US based.
As i live in Scotland i have searched for ages online for places that will do this resurfacing in the UK but can’t find anywhere.
Can anyone help?? If there isn’t a place in the UK then there is a potential market for disk resurfacing over here, as i am not willing to pay £30 for another game. Many Thanks In Advance
